在家好精神家長網上工作坊 學生在成長的不同階段，面對著不少轉變及挑戰，例如轉銜適應、學習及考試壓力、朋輩關係等，有時難免會感到困擾及徬徨，需要更多的引導和肯定。家長是子女的重要守護者，我們鼓勵家長給予子女多點關心和支持，認識守護子女的精神健康的方法。有見及此，教育局教育心理服務（九龍一）組將於2022年9月至12月為全港中、小學的學生家長舉辦「在家．好精神」主題式「守門人」家長網上工作坊，藉以加強家長作為「守門加人」的信心及技巧，幫助他們及早適別及支援子女在精神健康方而的需要，以正面的態度協助子女面對成長路上的挑戰。 家長可透過QR Code 二維碼直接於網上報名，報名以先到先得的形式辦理。 連結至活動官方網頁https://mentalhealth.edb.gov.hk/tc/index.html
