Regarding the tender specification which allows for one (1) site visit to the school premises, we have received multiple requests from interested suppliers. To ensure fairness and efficiency, a collective site visit and briefing session has been scheduled as follows:

Date: M 15 (Friday)

Time: 3:00PM – 5:00 PM

Registration: Please contact Miss Lai at 2490 2955 to register your attendance and provide the number of attendees in advance.

Please note that this will be the only scheduled site visit. Suppliers who do not attend will be deemed to have waived their right to visit the premises prior to submitting their tender.
